I work with children, teens, adults and couples. My focus is treating trauma, abuse and neglect and can provide EMDR, CBT, DBT, PCIT treatment along with many other modalities. Life Transitions treats a wide variety of mental health issues, with the goal of helping you find ways to get unstuck, set new goals and develop new life skills. Our goal is to help you through the many transitions that life brings.
